How do I withdraw with MatchPay?
MatchPay matches you with other players looking to buy and sell their account credits. When you sell a withdrawal, the amount is removed from your Bovada account balance and, once approved, is held in reserve ready for you to create an Offer in that amount (or a portion of) on MatchPay. MatchPay users transfer funds using PayPal, Venmo, Zelle and CashApp; the more of these payment methods you have, the greater the chance of matching you with users ready to trade. Once you've made the trade, the transaction is instant.
To withdraw by MatchPay:
- Click the profile icon at the top of any page, then ‘Withdraw’.
- Select MatchPay from your list of Withdrawal methods.
- If this is your first MatchPay withdrawal, ‘Join Now’ to create a case sensitive MatchPay ID and password (validation of email and phone number will be required and your ID cannot be modified once created). Now enter that ID into the necessary field on Bovada.
- Log in to your MatchPay account to create an Offer.
- Enter the amount of MatchPay credits you’d like to sell, select the payment methods you have, then click ‘Create’.
- From here you can modify the details of your Offer by clicking the pencil icon, or cancel it by clicking the ‘x’ and return the credits to your available balance.
- A match is made and the first potential buyer is notified by email/text to make a trade. This may take a few moments, but MatchPay will cycle through your matches until a buyer responds. They then complete the purchase within the allotted time.
- Confirm with the buyer your receipt of the funds and both of you will be alerted to the completion of your trade.
Important Reminders:
- Players can trigger MatchPay registration from the cashier. Validation of email and phone number will be required.
- Trades made with Zelle (and therefore connected to a bank account), can ONLY be processed on business days. Trades made via this method on a weekend or holiday will only be processed the next business day.
- You can receive a max of 2 Matchpay withdrawals within a 24 hr period of the first request. In the event you make a third request in 24 hrs, the withdrawal will remain pending until 24 hrs have passed from the time of your first Matchpay withdrawal.
- In some cases MatchPay may not find a match for the offer(s). The player will be prompted to review their information and set up additional trading methods or return to the merchant to adjust the amount.
- Your MatchPay Credit Balance reflects beneath the withdrawable balance listed on your Bovada account. Just click the profile icon at the top of any page.
- Your MatchPay credit balance cannot be sent directly to your personal bank account.
- MatchPay users can report a problem should something go wrong during the trade process. Users are encouraged to try and resolve the issue directly with the other party via the Chat. You will also be able to report a problem through support@matchpay.app.
