Why can't I log in to my account?
How you enter your account password may prevent your login attmpt; here's a few things to keep in mind:
- Accounts are blocked after 3 failed login attempts.
- Make sure you use the email address registered to your account.
- Ensure your Caps Lock button is not on (passwords are case sensitive).
- Remove any spaces before or after your email address or password - this can happen when copy / pasting.
Try resetting your password through our Forgot Password link.
Bovada maintains a high standard of security to safeguard your private information. As such, you may be required to validate your registered phone number through our SMS Validation process, this can also prevent your login until the process is complete.
Lastly, old information in your cache may occasionally prevent you from logging into your account. We’d encourage clearing your cache and refreshing the page.
