Player Transfer - Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (hereafter referred to as the ‘ToU’) constitute and govern the relationship between the Company and all participants (hereafter referred to as 'Sender and/or Receiver'). 

1.) The Sender and/or the Receiver has the duty to read carefully and understand the ToU along with any instructional content or video before using the Player Transfer platform. A Sender and/or Receiver who has accessed the Company’s website is considered to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the ToU, without the need for any further act or consideration. 

2.) By using the Company’s website, the Sender and/or Receiver agrees to be bound by the ToU, as well as by the latest modifications and/or updates to them - regardless of whether in fact they are made aware of an amendment.

3.) Only eligible players will have access to the Player Transfer platform. In order for a Sender and/or Receiver to be eligible, the following criteria (but not limited to) must be compliant:

• The Sender must have the available funds intended to transfer,
• The amount intended to transfer must respect both minimum and maximum requirements,
• Both accounts of the Sender and the Receiver must be in good standing,
• Both accounts of the Sender and the Receiver must not be linked and/or associated with other accounts the Company believes may be a risk to either participant.

4.) The Sender and/or the Receiver agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company, website, employees, affiliates and other related entities, agents and representatives from and against any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of the usage of the Player Transfer platform.

5.) The Sender and/or the Receiver unconditionally understand and agree that the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including (but not limited to) damages for loss of profits and/or intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use Payment Transfer platform – even in the event that such damages were foreseeable or if the Company has been advised of the possibilities.

6.) The Sender and Receiver are solely and exclusively responsible and accountable for all or any (and without limitation) communication, agreement or transaction involving and/or arising from the usage of the Payment Transfer method.

7.) The Company will not be held responsible or accountable for any arrangement, settlement, agreement and any interception of communication between the Sender and the Receiver that may arise from the usage of the Payment Transfer platform.

8.) The Company will not be held responsible or accountable for loss or misuse of the Payment Transfer method.

9.) The Receiver fully understands that funds deposited in the account via the Player Transfer method must respect the required minimum Rollover prior to being given the option of withdrawal. Rollover requirements are subject to 1x wagering requirements. Each qualifying bet placed (regardless of win or loss) contributes to the required handle needed to meet Rollover. Rollover requirements are equally subject to the Terms and Conditions stated on the Company’s website.

10.) It is in the sole discretion of the Company at any time without notice, to remove, amend or restrict the option of the Player Transfer method - whether it be on the part of the Sender or the Receiver or both.

11.) In the event of a conflict between these terms and the standard Terms and Conditions or a matter that is not accounted for in these terms, the standard Terms and Conditions will apply.
