Why can't I see the Live Dealer?

For best results to see the Live Dealer is to use Google Chrome as it’s fully optimized for the Live Dealer experience. 

Please ensure that your Flash Player is fully up-to-date and enabled in Chrome. If your Flash needs updating, follow these instructions:

1. While sitting at the Live Dealer table, click ‘Secure’ which is found in the upper left corner next to the URL.
2. Click on ‘Site Settings’ from the drop-down menu.
3. A new Google Chrome window will now open. Here find ‘Flash’ on the list, and switch the option over to ‘Allow’.
4. Now simply return to the Live Dealer table and click the ‘Reload’ option found at the top to apply these updated settings. After a few seconds, the video feed should re-appear.
